This course is for divorced women in midlife heal and rebuild emotional well-being and confidence so they can approach their next chapter feeling empowered and intentional. The women who would benefit from this course are those who: feel emotionally depleted, guarded, overwhelmed, scared, in survival mode, or unsure they can trust themselves or others again, struggles with confidence, self-worth, or identity post-divorce.
This course consists of 4 modules and a workbook that you can use along with each module.
The course modules are as follows:
MODULE 1: The Identity Reset
This module covers: nervous system regulation, reclaiming emotional power, letting go of shame, self-blame and creating emotional stability, reconnecting with inner authority and beginning to trust yourself again.
MODULE 2: Rebuilding Standards
This module covers: reclaiming self-worth and confidence through clear, calm boundary-setting, identify your passions, strengths, and values to redefine your life purpose, understanding emotional burnout and reclaim your personal power
MODULE 3: Designing Your Next Chapter
This module covers: clarifying your values and what truly fulfills you, redefining success on your own terms, creating a forward-looking vision for a life you actually want to live, mapping out steps to integrate purpose and passion into daily routines.
MODULE 4: Becoming HER
This module covers: embedding the lessons and mindset shifts into daily life, creating actionable routines to maintain confidence, boundaries, and energy, strengthening decision-making and self-trust in real-life situations, transitioning from surviving divorce to actively designing a powerful, authentic life, identifying triggers and implement strategies to stay in empowered states
